The role supports the lifecycle of private equity, private credit, and hedge fund investments, including subscription documents, valuation updates, capital calls, and reporting across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial services with exposure to alternatives, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and investment tech platforms.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial services in an operations role with exposure to alternatives.
• Solid understanding of accounts types and complex entity structures (trusts, corporations, partnerships).

Mansioni

• Collaborate across teams to implement Pitcairn’s alternatives investments strategy.
• Process and submit subscription documents to managers and custodians per fund requirements.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers to rectify onboarding items and signatures.
• Oversee reporting, including committed capital reporting and tax documents.
• Process wires and capital calls; ensure alt activity is reflected in reporting systems.
• Perform QC of alternatives performance and resolve data issues.
