Ocorian is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver exceptional investor services for private fund clients and investors. You will support onboarding, capital activity, communications and regulatory-compliant reporting in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.

This hybrid role emphasizes relationship management, data integrity and collaboration across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and ongoing growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications or further study relevant to finance, accounting, fund administration or investor are desirable.
• Experience in private equity, alternative investments, fund administration or investor services is desirable.
• Experience with investor servicing platforms and CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support investor onboarding activities, including collection and review of KYC/AML documentation.
• Process investor capital activity in line with fund documents and regulations.
• Administer investor portals and manage user access and accounts.
• Distribute investor communications, notices, statements and tax reporting documents.
• Support treasury-related activities and distribution funding processes.
• Maintain accurate investor records across multiple systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients and investors through responsive support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver investor services efficiently.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
