• Advise private fund sponsors on formation and offering of US and international pooled investment vehicles.
• Represent institutional investors in negotiating primary, secondary, and co-invest transactions.
• Counsel investment advisory firms on governance, compliance, carried interest, GP stakes, and restructurings.
• Collaborate with industry teams to develop expertise in areas like private equity, real estate finance, and fintech.
