• Highly organized with high attention to detail for drafting BEOs and managing multiple event timelines simultaneously.
• Ability to travel locally across Jefferson, Kitsap, and Clallam counties for client meetings and regional networking.
• Proficiency with sales tracking tools, web lead forms, digital scheduling, and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales & Regional Prospecting across Jefferson, Kitsap, and Clallam counties; conduct venue tours and convert leads into signed contracts.
• Client Detailing, Account Management & BEO Creation; respond <24 hours for inquiries; coordinate menus, timelines, and billing; draft BEOs.
• Administrative Alignment & Pipeline Reporting; track lead activity and participate in weekly revenue reviews.
