Edible Excursions in the Bay Area is seeking a Private Events Manager to own the private, corporate, and group tour business from inquiry to contract. You’ll be the first contact for clients, from local birthday groups to Fortune 500 firms, turning inquiries into memorable culinary experiences.

Work closely with Operations and guides to ensure seamless experiences while building lasting client relationships that drive repeat business.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in event planning or private/corporate events.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Strong knowledge of SF Bay Area dining scene.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Existing relationships with DMCs or planners are a plus.

• Respond to and convert private, corporate, and group tour inquiries.
• Lead discovery calls and prepare proposals, quotes, contracts.
• Design custom itineraries matching groups with neighborhoods.
• Stay current on SF restaurant openings and dining trends.
• Build relationships with DMCs, planners, and hotels.
• Be the client’s main contact throughout planning and tour.
• Track leads, bookings, and conversions in CRM.
