Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Durham (NC) is seeking a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to drive group bookings and corporate events. You will prospect, nurture leads, and close high-value reservations while using Tripleseat and OpenTable to manage contracts and guest details.

Responsibilities include developing quarterly sales plans, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with the General Manager and restaurant team, and representing the brand at networking events to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ Years of Sales or relevant experience.
• Experience in the Restaurant / Attraction industry preferred.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through active prospecting of targeted businesses and event planning for groups of 15+.
• Enter prospects, contacts, accounts and booking information in the CRM (Tripleseat) and Open Table for bookings >15.
• Maintain weekly updates on leads and convert them to bookings and contacts.
• Serve as primary contact for all group clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage the booking process to obtain client signatures on contracts and order forms.
