Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Peoria, IL seeks a Sales Manager/Private Event Manager to drive bookings and grow corporate event sales. You will manage the full cycle from prospecting to contract, coordinating with the restaurant and GM to plan local store marketing and maximize profitability.

You will use Tripleseat and OpenTable, maintain detailed leads, and serve as the primary contact for large group clients, ensuring exceptional experiences and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and event planning for groups; comfortable prospecting and closing new business.
• Proficient with CRM systems and hospitality software such as Tripleseat and OpenTable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales through prospecting target businesses and event clients for groups of 15 or more.
• Enter prospects, contacts, and bookings in CRM and OpenTable for larger parties.
• Manage booking process, contracts, and event orders to secure bookings.
