Job summary

Areté Collective is seeking a Housekeeper (B) for a full-time role at Thomas Ranch in Spicewood, Texas. You will support property, household, and hospitality operations to maintain luxury standards, cleanliness, and guest experiences across a private ranch and estate environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced luxury setting. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required; bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Full-time schedule Thursday through Monday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high luxury standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain PPE and safety procedures; work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Property & Grounds Operations: help maintain property appearance and support seasonal outdoor projects; assist with garden care, planting, harvesting, seasonal maintenance; rake riding areas and uphold ranch presentation standards.
• Household & Office Operations: support day-to-day household and operational activities; clean and maintain office spaces; collect trash and recycling and transport to disposal areas; restock restroom supplies; restock refrigerators and hospitality areas; perform daily office cleaning and organization; prepare guest rooms for occupancy; clean interior and exterior windows; keep facilities organized and welcoming.
• Maintenance & Property Support: report maintenance and repair needs and help coordinate scheduled work.
• Event & Hospitality Support: support property events, assist with setup, breakdown, organization, and cleanup; provide guest service to visitors, members, residents, and vendors.
• Administrative & Operational Support: assist with invoices, budgets, supply tracking, scheduling; manage inventory for household, office, ranch, and hospitality supplies; coordinate grocery and supply runs; maintain records; assist leadership with errands and special projects.
