Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain private residences, rental properties, public areas, locker rooms, and clubhouse facilities to established standards.
Perform daily cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens.
Move throughout the property to clean multiple buildings and common areas; lift and carry linens and supplies as needed.
Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors; follow safety procedures.
