Job summary

Areté Collective in Spicewood, TX invites a dedicated Housekeeper (B) to join our private ranch and estate team. This full-time role supports property presentation, grounds, and hospitality services, delivering high luxury standards with independence and teamwork.

You will manage daily cleaning, guest room prep, office upkeep, and event support, adapting to a fast-paced luxury environment. Strong organization, attention to detail, and discreet professionalism are essential for exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time, Thursday through Monday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Hands-on, service-minded, professional demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property appearance and support seasonal outdoor projects.
• Clean and maintain offices and shared spaces; restock supplies.
• Prepare guest rooms and accommodation for occupancy.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, organization and cleanup.
• Support inventory and budget tracking for household/office operations.
