Job summary

Boyne Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm, seeks an experienced investment professional to champion deals from inception to closing. You will source transactions, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and lead due diligence with third-party providers.

Reporting to the CEO and senior deal leadership, you will structure investments, negotiate with owners, and assist portfolio companies alongside Boyne’s operations team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in investment banking or private equity.
• MBA is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work with owners of lower middle market companies outside traditional auction processes.
• On-site in Miami, FL (Coconut Grove)

Responsibilities

• Generate investment ideas and source transactions meeting Boyne’s strategy.
• Analyze opportunities with financial analysis and market research.
• Lead due diligence with commercial and business diligence and manage third-party providers.
• Structure and negotiate investments with business owners and advisors.
• Support portfolio companies in collaboration with Boyne’s operations team, including add-on activity.
