Responsibilities

• Identifying and assessing new investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
• Leading comprehensive due diligence efforts (financial, commercial, operational, legal) and developing financial models (LBO, valuation).
• Collaborating with portfolio company management to drive strategic initiatives and performance monitoring.
• Supporting exit strategies for portfolio companies, including sale processes.
• Mentoring junior investment professionals and participating in board-level discussions.
