Job summary

Boyne Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on lower middle market companies, seeks a Vice President of Investor Relations to report to the CEO. You will own investor communications, relationship management, and inquiries from new and existing LPs.

Ideal candidates have LP-facing IR experience, strong presentation skills, and an ownership mindset, with comfort engaging institutional investors and supporting fundraising across current and future funds.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with strong academic performance, master’s or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of institutional LP facing investor relations experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, AI, and CRM management.
• Self-starter with exceptional presentation, communication (written & verbal), and relationship management acumen.
• Local to Miami, FL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing institutional LPs and be the main contact.
• Engage prospective investors and assess fit for future funds.
• Field inbound investor inquiries and manage NDAs, decks, and updates.
• Draft investor communications including quarterly letters and updates.
• Represent Boyne at LP conferences and events from planning to follow-up.
• Maintain fundraising database ensuring data credibility.
• Prepare marketing materials including press releases and email campaigns.
