Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with strong academic performance, master’s or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of institutional LP facing investor relations experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, AI, and CRM management.
• Self-starter with exceptional presentation, communication (written & verbal), and relationship management acumen.
• Local to Miami, FL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing institutional LPs and be the main contact.
• Engage prospective investors and assess fit for future funds.
• Field inbound investor inquiries and manage NDAs, decks, and updates.
• Draft investor communications including quarterly letters and updates.
• Represent Boyne at LP conferences and events from planning to follow-up.
• Maintain fundraising database ensuring data credibility.
• Prepare marketing materials including press releases and email campaigns.

Boyne Capital is hiring a Vice President of Investor Relations, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be the front door to the firm for our limited partners, owning investor communications, relationship management, and inquiries from new and existing LPs. This is a strong fit for an experienced IR professional, with a high ownership mentality, and an interest in LMM private equity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the firm's existing institutional limited partners, developing a working understanding of each investor's program, history, and priorities, and serving as a reliable point of contact
• Engage pipeline of prospective investors, keeping the relationships warm and assessing where there is fit for future funds
• Field inbound investor interest and manage the document flow including NDAs, presentation versions, and updates on investment returns
• Draft investor communications including quarterly letters, portfolio updates, and ad hoc LP requests
• Represent Boyne at LP conferences, the annual AGM, and related events from targeting and scheduling through follow-up
• Maintain fundraising database to ensure data credibility
• Prepare marketing materials as needed including press releases, content articles, and email campaigns
