Responsibilities include drafting an annual PE Market Report, client alerts, and articles, while collaborating with attorneys and the business development team.

This role demands strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the private equity industry. A J.D. and extensive experience in legal writing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience practicing law or writing about private equity legal matters.
• Minimum three years of experience writing client-facing thought leadership content.
• Strong commitment to client service and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content and thought leadership for the PE group.
• Draft and edit annual PE Market Report, client alerts, and articles.
• Monitor private equity developments to identify content opportunities.
