Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience practicing law and/or writing about private equity matters.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience writing client-facing thought leadership content.
• Advanced knowledge of the private equity industry and trends.
• Ability to translate data and strategy into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong grammar, style adherence, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor private equity developments to identify opportunities for thought leadership.
• Collaborate with partners and business development to create client advisories, podcasts, newsletters, and articles.
• Develop robust matter descriptions and case studies for business development.
• Assist with copy for pitches and proposals and support award nominations.
• Ensure content aligns with firm branding and is adaptable across channels.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of firm and client information.
