This role requires advanced knowledge of the private equity industry and exceptional writing skills. An ideal candidate will have a J.D. and five years of relevant experience, with a salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience practicing law and/or writing about private equity legal matters.
• Three years of experience writing client-facing thought leadership content.

Responsibilities

• Monitor private equity developments and trends relevant to clients.
• Develop client advisories, podcast ideas, and promotional copy.
• Assist with copy development for pitches and proposals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of firm and client information.
