Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience practicing law and/or writing about private equity legal matters.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience writing client-facing thought leadership content.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit annual PE Market Report and client alerts.
• Collaborate with partners and business development team on content.
• Monitor private equity trends and support strategic opportunities.
• Assist with pitches, proposals, and award nominations.
