Inspire11, based in Chicago, seeks a Private Equity Services Principal to lead delivery and strategic guidance for client engagements in data and digital transformation. This on-site role partners with PE firms and portfolio companies to drive value creation.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, articulate complex technology architectures, assess risks, and define executable roadmaps aligned with business strategy and P&L across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology and/or commercial diligence and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to cultivate and drive client relationships.
• Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall success of project delivery and strategic guidance to client and delivery teams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and technologists on strategic assessments to unlock value for PE firms and portfolio companies.
• Document and explain complex business technology and architecture for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze systems risks and establish remediation activities with necessary investments.
• Understand business strategy, operating model and P&L for companies across industries.
• Assess Value Creation Opportunities for technology and create an executable roadmap.
