Job summary

Inspire11, a US-based digital and analytics consulting firm, seeks a Principal Consultant to lead engagement delivery from end to end, shape proposals, and mentor delivery teams. You will drive growth through business development, build multi-disciplinary delivery capabilities, and deliver strategic client solutions in fast-paced environments.

You will guide teams through requirements, architecture, and execution, while maintaining strong client relationships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in the digital or data analytics industry.
• 7+ years of experience working on custom product development (SDLC) using Agile methodology.
• Experience driving sales pursuits within a consulting environment, with direct experience in large program and solution management.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a thought leader (writing, presenting, collaborating).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and capable of wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagement delivery content and quality assurance, conduct risk assessment, and lead end-to-end project planning.
• Assist in overall growth of practice areas through business development and delivery leadership.
• Build teams and guide consultants through delivery phases: requirements gathering, solution architecture, and development leadership.
• Elicit clear client requirements and develop innovative solution strategies to meet them.
• Create proposals and establish Statements of Work for client engagements.
