Qualifications

• 4–7 years of private equity or related investing experience.
• Prior Private Equity Senior Associate experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating and executing lower middle market transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal execution skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality.
• Excellent communication with management teams, investors, and advisors.
