Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated experience with due diligence and transaction execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct financial, commercial, and market analysis.
• Build and review financial models, valuations, and investment cases.
• Support due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment committee materials and investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value-creation initiatives.
• Work closely with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
