Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
• Conduct deep industry and company research across key verticals within financial services
• Assist in structuring and executing transactions, from initial evaluation through post‑close portfolio management
• Work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and value creation efforts
