• Two years of relevant experience in private equity secondary funds.
• Strong financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of the private equity landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and evaluating prospective secondary investments.
• Building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis for investment due diligence.
• Coordinating due diligence on single-asset opportunities and LP portfolios.
• Preparing investment memos and presenting recommendations to the investment team.
• Developing relationships across the secondary market to support deal sourcing.
• Monitoring existing investments, including reviewing financial statements and GP updates.
• Contributing to investment discussions and client service activities.
