Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
• 2-3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional project management and execution skills with tight deadlines.
• High intellectual curiosity in developing knowledge of private equity and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to investment sourcing, diligence and portfolio monitoring.
• Create and run financial analyses for the secondary investment process (e.g., LBO models, valuation analyses, returns projections).
• Create and update secondary-specific marketing materials.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives with technology, data, marketing, sourcing and planning.
