Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a leading university.
• 2-3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive quantitative modeling experience with an excellent understanding of financial concepts and valuation.
• Exceptional project management and execution skills with ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• High level of intellectual curiosity in private equity and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to investment sourcing, due diligence and evaluation, and portfolio monitoring by reviewing inbound materials and meeting with fund managers.
• Create and execute financial analyses to support secondary investments (pricing analyses, comps, LBO models, return projections, track record analyses).
• Develop and update secondary-specific marketing materials and initiatives.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams (technology, data/systems, marketing, business development, sourcing, and planning).
