You will manage onboarding and migration of a new client, working with administrators to deliver professional service and strong client relationships, and oversee a portfolio of complex and key clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience, private equity knowledge preferred.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience developing and coaching others.
• Solid understanding of local finance industry, regulation and requirements.
• Performance management of a team.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership of complex and key clients and oversight of the administration team.
• Manage financial aspects and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Develop and enhance team procedures; review capital activity.
• Liaise with intermediaries, legal advisors, auditors and regulators for team clients.
• Lead and drive business change and adoption of new technologies.
• Coach team on client activities, procedures and regulatory environment.
• Ensure correct invoicing frequency and amounts; monitor recoverability and profitability.
• Review accounts and financial statements as needed.
