Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Operations Manager in the Performance Improvement group of the Advisory practice. You will lead client engagements focusing on operational excellence, EBITDA improvement, and value capture across portfolio companies.

You will work in a highly visible, on-site role across the U.S. (and potentially international assignments), collaborating with private equity firms and corporate leaders to deliver deal-driven performance improvements using Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead client-facing teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions; execute deal strategies and performance improvement.
• Develop executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Deliver results in a highly visible on-site role across the U.S. and possibly internationally.
