Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants seeks a seasoned Client Executive- Private Equity/M&A Risk Management to join our team in NYC or Greenwich, CT, 2 days a week. You will coordinate with EPIC Financial Services, support new business strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding for private equity clients.

Ideal candidates have a strong Property & Casualty background, extensive broker experience, and exceptional communication skills to drive strategic outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 7+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a mid-size brokerage or carrier.
• Experience with financial services, manufacturing, or transportation industries preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage forms, policy structure, and terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (wording, spreadsheets, databases, presentations).
• Strong attention to detail and a team player attitude.
• Self-starter with initiative, good time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain new business pipeline and coordinate internal EPIC resources for each deal.
• Lead strategy sessions and serve as quarterback among producers, clients, and service teams.
• Assign and onboard the appropriate service team for each account.
• Support portfolio management and renewal processes with placement resources.
• Coordinate stewardship reporting to private equity firms and collect data for deliverables.
• Service select private equity clients and maintain trackers/pipelines.
• Collaborate with producers, placement teams and technical staff to deliver top-tier service to clients.
