Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Principal for the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. You will lead integration and/or separation efforts, coordinate a team of professionals, and drive growth with private equity clients and mid-market companies across countries.

The ideal candidate has 10-12+ years in M&A, strong leadership, and a robust deal lifecycle background. Expect regional travel and the opportunity to advance within the practice and firm.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of M&A or separations experience in a professional services firm
• Broad exposure to middle market PE, corporate development, and multiple industries
• Strong program management, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week (40-45 weeks/year)

Responsibilities

• Grow and mentor a high performing deal services team
• Lead integration/separation engagements from planning through execution
• Develop client networks and complex delivery capabilities
• Lead client workshops with PE and corporate buyers to validate deal thesis
• Structure engagements for pre-close and post-close activities
