Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Principal for the Deal Services team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in senior M&A leadership at a top firm, with strong experience in integrations and separations and a broad contact network across PE and mid-market clients.

You will lead planning through execution, develop new business, supervise engagements, and drive growth within the practice and firm, with substantial travel required.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of M&A and/or experience focused on mergers, acquisitions, separations or value creation within a professional services firm environment.
• Broad expertise including working with middle market clients, private equity and cross-border transactions.
• Experience across multiple industries and complex program management is highly desirable.
