RSM US, LLP is seeking a Principal to join our Deal Services team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have held senior-level M&A leadership positions at a Big 4 firm or a comparable national firm, with 10–12+ years of experience and a proven track record in integrations, separations, and/or restructuring.

• 10-12+ years of M&A and/or experience focused on mergers, acquisitions or separations within a professional services firm environment.
• Broad expertise including private equity and middle market experience.
• Experience across multiple industries with potential PE alignment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Join and support the growth and maturation of a high-performing M&A practice team.
• Lead integration and separation engagements from planning through execution.
• Develop and grow a client network inside and outside the firm to support strategic objectives.
• Manage director and manager level engagement leaders and ensure value creation.
• Provide direction on TSA evaluation and synergy management across transactions.
