RSM US, LLP is seeking a Principal to join the Deal Services team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate brings 10-12+ years in M&A leadership at a Big 4 or equivalent, with a track record in integrations, separations, and restructuring.

Travel 3-4 days/week is expected as part of managing complex engagements. The role focuses on leading client engagements, developing a broad private equity and mid-market network, and driving value across the transaction

Qualifikationen

• 10-12+ years of M&A and/or experience focused on mergers, acquisitions or separations within a professional services firm environment.
• Experience leading integration and/or separation engagements, and working with private equity or mid-market clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead integration and/or separation engagements from planning through execution.
• Develop and grow a client network via business acumen and complex delivery skills.
• Supervise multiple engagements and manage client workshops for deal theses and objectives.
• Provide direction for TSA evaluation in pre-close planning and identify gaps to close post-close.
• Drive value realization through synergy assessment and cost management across engagements.
• Lead delivery teams and contribute to firm strategy and growth in M&A advisory.
