Job summary

RSM US, LLP seeks a Principal to lead M&A Integration and Separation Advisory within the Deal Services team. The ideal candidate has 10-12+ years in M&A leadership at a Big 4 or equivalent, with proven experience in integrations, separations, and value creation across multiple countries.

You will guide planning through execution, develop client networks, supervise engagements, and drive growth of the Deal Services/Integration practice with leadership opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years leading M&A and/or value creation within professional services.
• Experience across middle-market PE and corporate development.
• Broad industry experience with preference for TMT, Life Sciences, financial services or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and/or separation engagements from planning through execution.
• Develop and grow a client network via business acumen and delivery skills.
• Supervise multiple engagements and on-site client projects.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive to deliver value through TSA and synergy assessments.
• Sell and structure engagements for pre-close and post-close activities.
