Job summary

Landing Point seeks an Investor Relations Analyst to join its New York office and support fundraising and investor relations efforts. The role requires 1–4 years of experience in private equity IR, a bachelor’s degree, and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills with CRM familiarity.

The analyst will assist in quarterly investor reports, manage the investor portal, draft DDQs, handle the IR inbox, and coordinate roadshows. A collaborative, metrics-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in private equity fundraising, investor relations, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with fund- and portfolio-level metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and annual fund communications.
• Administer the investor portal and manage LP access provisioning.
• Draft DDQ responses for investor requests.
• Manage IR Inbox and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
• Coordinate roadshow logistics and investor meeting scheduling.
• Support preparation of fund marketing materials.
• Coordinate co-investment syndication process.
