Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Financial acumen and comfort with fund- and portfolio-level metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly investor reports and annual fund communications.
  • Administer the investor portal and manage LP access provisioning.
  • Draft DDQ responses for investor requests.
  • Manage IR Inbox and ensure timely responses to investor inquiries.
  • Coordinate roadshow logistics and investor meeting scheduling.
  • Support preparation of fund marketing materials.
  • Coordinate co-investment syndication process.
