Job summary

SEI's Investment Manager Services Division in Oaks, PA is seeking an Investor Services Supervisor to oversee onboarding, AML compliance, and investor reporting for hedge and private equity funds. You will coordinate daily wire monitoring, sign-off on payment templates, and support client engagement and reporting distribution.

You will lead a team, conduct appraisals, and provide training while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a BA/BS in a related field and at least 2 years in fund services or alternative investments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
• Proven communication skills for client emails and calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of investors into hedge and private equity funds and verify data and documentation were captured at subscription.
• Ensure AML procedures are followed and team compliance is maintained.
• Monitor daily investor wire activity and sign-off on wire templates for investor payments.
• Generate and reconcile investor reporting and disseminate documents via automated distribution.
• Engage with investment managers and investors on day-to-day inquiries and provide training and career development.
