Job summary

Consulting Point is partnering with a fast-growing strategy and transactions advisory firm in the United States that is expanding its Private Equity practice, advising PE funds and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle, including Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation and Growth Strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in leading strategy consultancy or private equity advisory.
• Proven track record on 20+ commercial due diligences.
• Experience across sectors: Technology & Software, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrials, Consumer, Financial Services, Telecoms & Media, Energy or Business Services.
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams; senior candidates to originate work and support proposals.
• Strong ability to structure complex strategic problems and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic problems and develop investment theses.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for PE investors and portfolio leadership.
• Lead or support multiple PE engagements and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate with portfolio company leadership and cross-functional teams.
