Stax Inc. is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Director in Chicago. You'll lead high-impact engagements, partnering with corporate leaders and private equity investors to evaluate growth and value creation opportunities.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in commercial due diligence, with strong leadership and communication skills. The position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-person attendance three days per week at an office or client site.

Qualificações

• 8-10+ years of experience in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or private equity.
• Proven experience leading PE-backed and corporate M&A diligence engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive and investor decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
• Evaluate market opportunity, growth sustainability, customer behavior, and revenue risk.
• Serve as a senior client advisor, building long-term relationships.
