Alvarez & Marsal in the United States is seeking a senior consultant to join our Private Equity Performance Improvement Technology Industry Group. You will lead commercial due diligence efforts, own market models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock value for PE clients.

The role requires 5–9+ years of consulting experience with software/tech clients, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record delivering CDD/VDD projects.

Formación

• Must have delivered 10+ CDD/VDD projects.
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance.
• 5-9+ years of professional consulting experience with software and technology-oriented clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insight.
• Experience leading workstreams in a CDD with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare major client deliverables with ownership of the market model and workstreams.
• Lead detailed analyses to support project objectives and client needs.
• Independently structure and deliver workstreams for successful execution of commercial due diligence projects.
• Design, manage, and analyze complex surveys; knowledge of Tableau/BI is a plus.
• Gather data via desktop research, expert interviews, and surveys.
• Drive analyses to uncover transaction risks and value opportunities post-transaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other due diligence workstreams; deliver high-quality reports.
