Job summary

RRD is seeking a Managing Director, Private Equity for its RevTeam in Chicago to lead senior, low-volume ABM engagements with PE funds, developing deep relationships with Operating Partners and Value Creation directors and securing MSAs.

This role uses PE financials (EBITDA, IRR) to map value, expand across PortCo, and grow revenue. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $175,000 to $245,000 plus a 20–30% incentive; RRD offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Experience with PE origination or major consulting background is valued.
• Based in Chicago or willing to relocate to major PE hubs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage portfolio ops leads, operating partners, and value creation directors to build trusted PE relationships.
• Navigate PE procurement processes to secure MSAs within portfolio companies.
• Expand RRD’s footprint across targeted portfolio companies and cross-sell services.
• Use value creation tactics and due diligence to build goodwill and long-term engagements.
