Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to anchor our Kalamazoo/Portage office. This leadership role emphasizes team coordination, clinical oversight, and hands-on supervision across field staff.

You will lead case openings, care planning, wound care visits, and ensure DOH-compliant paperwork while maintaining strong client relationships in a predominantly office-based setting with occasional field support.

Qualifications

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR.
• Prior clinical supervision experience with field staff.
• Able to travel within a 50 mile radius in Kalamazoo County.

Requirements

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR


• Reliable transportation, MI Driver\'s License & Auto Insurance


• Experience with Assessments, Medication set-up & Management; experience with Wounds is a plus


• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable


• Prior clinical supervision experience with field staff and client supervisory visits


• Eligible to work in the United States


• Able to travel within a 50 mile radius in Kalamazoo County


• Available for after-hours calls or weekend support if needed
