AdvisaCare is seeking a Private Duty Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Charlevoix, MI. Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License. The right candidate should be self‑motivated, driven, outgoing and efficient with charting and review of documents.

Monday‑Friday 8:00 a‑5:00 p, mostly in the field, with occasional staffing assistance as needed. Supervisory visits with clients and field staff will also be done routinely.

Requirements

• Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Detail oriented, ability to multi‑task, organized with good time management skills
• Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set‑up & Management
• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
