Job summary

Comprehensive Nursing Services Inc in Randallstown, MD is hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide dedicated private duty home care for pediatric and adult clients. Roles involve one-on-one in the client’s home, with nursing assessments, med administration, and documentation.

Shifts start 12/9/2026: Mon-Fri 8:45A-4:30P, school hours only for some case. Training in G-tube/Trach care is available; benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of continuous full-time

Qualifications

• Active Maryland nursing license (LPN or RN).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Willing to train in G-tube/Trach care.
• Ventilation care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client's home.

• Administer medications and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.

Private Duty Nurse for 7 year old male with g-tube & trach in Randallstown, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Starting on 12/9/2026: Monday thru Friday 8:45A-4:30P

School hours only

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
