Blessing Hands Home Care LLC in Raytown, MO is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized in-home care to clients. You will administer medications, monitor health, and support daily living activities in a patient-centered environment.

This role requires strong communication with clients, families, and health teams, the ability to work independently, and flexibility for weekends/PRN. You’ll help maintain safety and dignity while delivering high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Missouri.
• Previous home health care or private duty nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• BLS certification required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and PRN.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and monitor patient health as per care plans.
• Provide essential nursing care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and PRN.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
