Aveanna Healthcare in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts with full-time or part-time options. You will provide skilled nursing care per care plans, document findings, and coordinate with physicians and families in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care per physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition; report changes to supervisor/physician.
• Document all activities and nursing actions in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement and update the nursing care plan.
• Take appropriate nursing actions to meet outcomes.
• Ensure infection control measures per OSHA standards.
