Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our private duty home health team. Provide compassionate, in-home nursing care and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a supportive culture, opportunities for training, and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with days, nights, and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in home health settings.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and clinicians to plan and deliver care.
• Document care activities accurately using the electronic documentation system.
