Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for private duty home health across multiple Austin-area locations. You will provide skilled nursing care according to care plans, document assessments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure positive patient outcomes.

The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with days, nights, and weekends available. Comprehensive benefits and support services accompany employment in a nationally recognized home health provider.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care per physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Document all nursing actions and care in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement and update nursing care plans.
• Maintain infection control per OSHA standards and safety protocols.
