Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care per physician orders.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervisor/physician.
• Document nursing actions, assessments and care coordination timely.
• Develop, implement and update the nursing care plan.
• Provide care with infection control per OSHA standards.
• Educate patient and family on disease, self-care, and prevention.
