Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Florissant, CO. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling (8 hrs/week) and a pay range of $50–$55 per hour.

You will support patients under physician-directed plans, document care in the system, and assist with daily living activities in patients' homes. Applicants must hold a current LPN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation for commuting to patient

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Florissant, CO

Compensation: $50-55/hour

Hours: 8hrs/week - Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in the Florissant, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and healthcare services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity with access to tax retention and benefit programs offered through GHHC.

Patient needs include 8hrs/week of care, flexible schedule - perfect for those looking for supplemental hours or PRN opportunities!

What we're looking for:

• Current State or Compact License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Maintain required insurance
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home
• Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care

We would love to hear from you if you can:

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record
• Perform various activities associated with daily living
• Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression
• Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients

$50 - $55 an hour
