Giving Home Health Care, LLC in Florissant, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for in-home patient support under a physician-guided care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible, 8 hours per week and compensation of $50–55 per hour.

Background checks are required for offers. The candidate should hold a current LPN license or compact license where applicable, be CPR certified, and have reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes for care

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home.
• Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care.

Responsabilités

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
• Perform various activities associated with daily living.
• Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression.
• Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Florissant, CO

Compensation: $50-55/hour

Hours: 8hrs/week - Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in the Florissant, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and healthcare services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity with access to tax retention and benefit programs offered through GHHC.

Patient needs include 8hrs/week of care, flexible schedule - perfect for those looking for supplemental hours or PRN opportunities!

What we're looking for:

• Current State or Compact License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
